Additionally, the adjacent Bow Habitat Station offers an immersive experience into aquatic ecosystems through its Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery Visitor Centre.
The author has spent many hours in Pearce Estate Park, beginning with when she and her husband were dating and gathered with other young adults for a fire and songs accompanied by guitar. She also went on numerous nature walks there with her son and frequently watched a medieval re-enactment group sword fighting.
