What is Kabedon?

This week, in one of my writing groups, the subject of Kabedon came up. Not something I had ever heard of before, so I won’t assume that you have either. Kabedon is a new trend in Japanese courtship, popularized in manga and anime. He may place only one hand on the wall, or one hand on either side of her so that she is encircled by his arms. He leans in very close to talk to her.ย

Put a little mystery in your Christmas

I thought that Christmas mysteries would be a great topic for today’s blog! There are a lot of great ones out there.ย

I don’t have any books that are specifically Christmas mysteries, but both She Wore Mourning and He was Walking Alone are mysteries that take place during the Christmas season, and I have a short Christmas mystery in the Auntie Clem’s Bakery series, Dog-Free Dinner.ย

Here are some others that I have pulled up today.
