Amazon summary: By chance, eleven-year-old twins Nate and Herman Howe meet Mrs. Weatherby, a retired member of the Los Angeles branch of Witches Bureau of Investigation. Just finished this one. A quick, fun kid’s read. There is a WBI 2, so it is the beginning of a series. I have not read any of Capwell’s other fiction. Looks like he has some books for older audiences too.
