Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. I'm so glad you're here. Let me get you something to drink while you settle in. Would you like tea, coffee, or something else? I just baked some cookies and I'd love to share them with you.

Recipes from Auntie Clem's Bakery

You’ve begged for recipes from Auntie Clem’s Bakery, so I have finally pulled together a handful of my basic recipes for you.

Now, Erin can make a lot of awesome baking that I cannot, both because she can use ingredients that I can’t eat (I am one of those people with multiple intolerances and allergies) and because she has time to experiment and bake when I am spending my time writing new books for you! I have collected thousands of recipes and not even tried 10% of them. I don’t generally bake loaves of bread; I keep tortillas and pancakes in my freezer and on special occasions make sandwich rolls. I don’t want to give you recipes that I haven’t tested myself, so that limits the number of recipes I can share.

The good news is, during the Christmas holiday, I pulled together a few of my tried, tested, and true recipes and made them available to you for a free download. These are recipes that I spent years adapting and creating. I will continue to add recipes to it in the future.

I will plan to add to this recipe collection in coming months/years as I have more time to bake and write down the ingredients. For now, I am starting small! (Very small!)

I hope you find these recipes useful.

* As well as ebook format, I am also offering this in pdf format intended to be printed and stapled/hole punched for use in your kitchen. No more trying to keep your screen on or getting sticky fingerprints on it while you bake!
